BB Symmetric

Adaptable geometry

Starting from a flat multilayer laminate, the structure unfolds symmetrically to both sides relative to the axis defined by its two ends. It incorporates a lattice base that cushions impacts during transport and guarantees complete, uniform ventilation of the packaged fruit.

Variable cell density

The density of the expandable structure is configured according to the product and the requirements of each application.

Curvature

Concave or convex geometry

The base can be configured concave or slightly convex to adjust the structural behaviour to each application.

Formers

Adaptable former system

It accommodates rectangular, square or circular formers, optimising dimensional uniformity and use of the transport box. Cardboard formers can incorporate macro-perforations to maintain air circulation through the base.

Integrated automatic former

Available with an integrated automatic expandable former for specific applications and calibres. Especially suited to small-calibre bulk product.

Adaptable to product size

The structure adapts to fruit of similar calibres, progressively adjusting to the volume of the packaged product.
